InterSpan is an established staffing agency committed to helping those in need retake control of their lives through gainful employment. Having not refreshed their website or brand identity in years, they brought us in to overhaul their content and image. As part of that overhaul, I wrote their onboarding forms and in-app copy, so getting started felt as clear and human as the new brand. I also helped write their brand guidelines, from voice to messaging principles.
